Spousal & family sponsorship
Sponsoring a spouse, partner, parent or grandparent to join family in Canada, prepared to withstand scrutiny of the relationship.
Study permits
Study permits on a valid letter of acceptance, with the funds and intent evidence that Sri Lankan applications are examined closely on.
Visitor visas (TRV)
Temporary resident visas to visit family or for business, including stronger re-applications after a previous refusal.
Work permits & LMIA
Employer-supported work permits, LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt, coordinated with your Canadian employer.
Permanent residence
Express Entry and Provincial Nominee streams, including the credential assessment and language testing that anchor a profile.
Refused applications
We get the officer's notes to find out why it failed, then rebuild it or take it to Federal Court.
How judicial review works →How the process works from Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka to Canada, answered
Where are biometrics collected?
Biometrics for Canadian applications from Sri Lanka are collected at VFS Global in Colombo. Your application is submitted online to IRCC first. The biometrics appointment follows the instruction letter you receive.
Can you help after a visa refusal?
Yes. We diagnose why the application was refused and either rebuild a stronger one or, where the decision was wrong in law, seek judicial review at the Federal Court of Canada.
Do you work with clients still in Sri Lanka?
Yes. Most of our Sri Lanka corridor clients are served entirely remotely, by phone, email and secure file transfer, from the first consultation to the decision.
Are you a lawyer or a consultant?
A lawyer, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, with a Federal Court litigation practice. That means we can also challenge a refusal in court, which a consultant cannot.
